PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to pay in full and for any reason choose to withdraw your student(s) at any time throughout the year, you will not receive a refund. However, you will be issued a credit to your account to be used at a later semester.

A late fee of $5.00 will be charged to your account if it is 30 days overdue. This will be added each month the account is overdue. All accounts must be current for your child to participate in the fall and spring concerts
Fee is charged once per family, every Fall semester, due upon registering before classes begin. This fee covers the cost of music orchestration, live music rights, rehearsal tracks (Digital), lesson materials, paperwork, software fees, billing, and postage involved with your account for the year. NOTE Registration is good for the entire year. If any siblings join us in the spring, you do not need to pay again.
PAID PER SEMESTER. DUE NOVEMBER 5TH(Fall) OR APRIL 5TH(Spring). This allows us to offer free admission to as many friends and family as you want to invite to our concerts at the concert hall. This fee helps offset hefty costs of the stage technicians, lighting crew, sound techs, videographers, rental fees of the auditorium, and backstage holding room rentals, and all fees linked to helping us put on the concert. This is a highly professional show that we look forward to sharing!
PAID PER SEMESTER. DUE NOVEMBER 5TH(Fall) OR APRIL 5TH(Spring). This covers any props we use in the shows or in class (you get to keep these!) as well as instruction materials, prizes, etc.

DUE OCTOBER 5TH(Fall) OR FEBRUARY 5TH(Spring).
Boys: $40 for a black dress shirt and tie.
You provide black dress pants, black socks, and completely black dress shoes.
Girls: $48 for a performance top.
You provide black leggings or fitted black dress pants (ankle length), black socks, and completely black dress shoes.
**We usually use these costumes for as long as you are in TaVaci! This means you will probably only buy a costume when your child advances to 3rd grade (older children wear a different costume), or when your child outgrows the costume you own. You may be able to sell your used, good condition costume when it no longer fits, or swap with someone else for a bigger size as your child grows if available.
